Chicken Rice

This chicken rice is served with cantonese white poached chicken, a plate of flavoured rice, a saucer of dark soya sauce and chilli sauce, and a plate of vegetables on the side.

The chicken meat is tender and smooth with nice flavours of soya sauce seasoning. Its skin is soft and smooth too. The plate of rice has a nice fragrant scent. It has a nice firm texture with nice flavours and a hint of ginger. The chilli paste is garlicky and limey, and the dark soya sauce has a mild sweet taste. The dipping sauces goes really well with both the chicken and rice. Very nice! Definitely a tasty serving of chicken rice in my books. Good!

Prawn Roll

This ngo hiang prawn rolls has very nice flavours. It is crispy outside and juicy inside, and can taste prawn meat. Comes served with a sweet plum sauce dipping sauce. Very nice.
