The burgers at Ryan’s Kitchen are awesomely delicious. Made using 180g beef patties from their in-store butchery with a choice of: Australian grain-fed beef, organic beef or Wagyu beef. It is served with relish, mayonnaise, juicy tomato, onion, lettuce & fries.
The No Frills
The No Frills Burger shown here with Australian grain-fed beef patty done medium rare, which is very juicy and tasty. It comes mayonnaise, mustard and tomato relish spreads. A slice of juicy tomato, onion and lettuce goes together with the beef patty in between the buns. It is simple and yet tastes so good.
Shown here with Australian grain-fed beef patty done medium rare and with truffle fries which are really good. Comes with mozzarella cheese, a thick slice of portobello mushroom and truffle mayonnaise. Very nice!
The Three Cheese
If you love cheese, you would probably like this Three Cheese Burger, shown here with Wagyu beef patty done medium rare. This cheese burger comes with a trio of cheese: vintage cheddar. mozzarella and grated parmigiano reggiano, with tangy tomato relish and creamy mayonnaise. Lovely!
Meat & Frites
800g of prime ribs done medium rare with fries and mesclun salad. This is meant for 2-3 pax but it felt more like a hearty serving of appetiser than a main. Maybe it is so good that it just isn’t enough…
Flat Iron Steak
This flat iron steak done medium rare is moist, juicy and tender. Served with fries and mesclun salad on the side.
