Fried Carrot Cake

Bukit Merah View Carrot Cake pan fries their carrot cake twice. The radish cakes are first pan-fried in a large pan until it is a bit charred and crispy, before being fried for individual orders. There is a choice of black or white versions for this fried carrot cake. The black version is with additional sweet black sauce added. When you place your order, eggs are added with optional chilli sauce and black sauce (if your order is for the black ones). Chopped spring onions are then added on top of the fried carrot cake when it is served on a plate. Both versions are good, though personally I enjoy the black ones from this stall a tad more.
