Cow Car Water Soya Sauce Chicken does soya sauce chicken, char siew and siu yuk served with rice.

The soya sauce chicken has moist and meaty flesh with flavourful skin attached. The chair siew is firm and meaty with a mild sweet taste. The siu yuk is meaty and savoury with nice crispy skin. The slices of meats are served on a plate of rice with braised sauce added and topped with some chopped cabbage. An optional garlicky and limey tasting chilli sauce is provided on the side.

All three meats are just decent.
