is a well known stall selling soya sauce chicken rice and noodles. Char siew and siu yuk is nice too.
Soya Sauce Chicken
The soya sauce chicken is available with either rice or noodles. Seen here is their soya sauce chicken thigh with noodles. The noodles is springy with a nice tasting soya sauce seasoning that contains a note of sweetness., and comes with some vegetables The chicken meat is smooth and tender and its skin is smooth with very nice soya sauce flavourings. The chilli paste has very nice dried shrimp flavours and mixes really well with the noodles. This is definitely a lovely plate of soya sauce chicken noodles. Good!
Char Siew & Siu Yuk Rice
Besides soya sauce chicken, char siew and siu yuk is available here too with the usual choice of noodles or rice. Seen here is their rice with a nicely flavoured sweet sauce added. The slices of char siew is soft and tender with a nice sweet taste. Its roast pork is soft and juicy with a nice crispy skin. Nice meaty and savoury flavours and yet not too salty. Both are good. Big thumbs up. This comes served on the side with some soft braised peanuts and an optional limey tasting chilli sauce.
