Big Prawn Mee

Da Shi Jia Big Prawn Mee serves a variety of prawn mee with a choice of regular to XXL-sized prawns. Their large-sized prawn mee soup is shown above. It comes with large slices of prawns, pork slices, fish cake slices, a pork patty and extra prawn paste. These are served with yellow noodles, with some vegetables and bean sprouts in a bowl of flavourful soup that has intense prawn flavours.

The prawns are sliced in halves. They are rather large in size, taste juicy and fresh. The pork slices are very tender and soft, infused with the rich flavours of the prawn soup. The fish cake slices are soft and smooth. The pork patty has nice seasoning flavours, is soft and flavourful with a hint of soya sayce taste. The prawn paste is soft and contains bits of prawn meat. Really nice!

The yellow noodles is firm and springy, and served together with some vegetables and bean sprouts. The prawn mee is served topped with fried shallots and crispy pork lard.

This bowl of big prawn mee is a delightful choice. It is good!
