does hainanese chicken and roast chicken rice. Both are likeable.

Hainanese & Roast Chicken Rice

Fu Ji Hainanese Boneless Chicken does hainanese and roast chicken rice. Seen above is both types of chicken meats with drumstick chosen, served with rice, soup and chilli.

The hainanese chicken has nice smooth and tender meat with decently smooth skin. Likewise for the roast chicken, smooth and tender meat. Its skin is nicely flavoured. Both are properly deboned with just flesh and skin served on a plate with some cucumber slices and a mildly sweet tasting soya sauce seasoning sauce.

The plate of rice is fragrant and flavourful with a nice firm texture. The soup is light and well flavoured with a slight hint of ginger. The chilli dip is the usual limey type that goes well with chicken rice.

Both the hainanese chicken and roast chicken are likeable. This is quite an enjoyable meal. Thumbs up.
