Geylang Lor 20 Banana Fritters

dishes out an assortment of fried fritters like goreng pisang, tapioca cake fritter, etc. Likeable.

Goreng Pisang

A decent sized banana is coated with a layer of batter and deep fried to a nice crisp. The banana is soft and sweet. It is a nice contrast with its outer layer of crispy batter. This goreng pisang is likeable

Green Bean Fritter

Made of mashed green bean paste, this fritter has a nice crispy batter outside. Its green bean filling has nice green bean flavours and a very faint tint of sweet. This green bean fritter is rather nice.

Tapioca Fritter

A slice of tapioca is coated in a batter and deep fried until it is crispy. The outsides are crispy and the tapioca is fairly firm. This tapioca fritter is decent.

Tapioca Cake Fritter

The tapioca cake fritter uses a piece of tapioca cake instead. The tapioca cake is soft and slightly sticky with a light sweet taste and a hint of coconut flavours. It is coated with a crispy batter. Nice.
