Fu Xiao Fish Soup has different fish soups and noodles to choose from. Their double fish soup with yee mee is featured above. It comes with slices of soft and smooth fish meat, as wel as fried fish that has a savoury taste and is meaty, but not crispy. Its soup is quite nicely flavoured, and the yee mee is firm and springy.

The double fish soup is topped with slightly crispy and savoury slivers of fried egg. Some lettuce and bitter gourd slices are also included.

Overall, this double fish soup is not bad and quite likeable. Their sliced fish is a better option over their fried fish.
