Nasi Lemak

Johan Muslim Food serves nasi lemak with fried chicken wing, otah, egg omelette, ikan bilis and peanuts. The fish fillet is an extra add-on.

The rice is firm and is quite fragrant and flavourful. The otah is nicely flavoured with a mild tint of spiciness. The egg omelette is nicely fried with soft insides. The fish fillet, too, is nicely fried with a nice crisp. The peanuts is crunchy, and the ikan bilis is crispy. As for the fried chicken wing, it has a nice crispy batter with moist meat and nice seasoning flavours. An extra or two is highly recommended! Comes with a dollop of slightly sweet tasting chilli on the side.

This serving of nasi lemak is truly enjoyable. I like it!
