Kim Huat Wanton Mee

is a popular stall in the neighbourhood that dishes out good old school Singapore style wanton mee with springy noodles.

Wanton Mee

Kim Huat Wanton Mee dishes out tasty old school Singapore style wanton mee. The noodles are springy with nice flavourings coming from a soy sauce based seasoning and crispy pork lard. The char siew that comes with the noodles are lean and with a sweet taste. The wanton dumplings come in a small bowl of ikan bilis flavoured soup. The wanton has soft wanton skin wrapper juicy meat fillings inside with mild flavours of chinese rice wine seasoning. It is nice.
