Wanton Mee

Kim Huat Wanton Mee dishes out tasty old school Singapore style wanton mee. The noodles are springy with nice flavourings coming from a soy sauce based seasoning and crispy pork lard. The char siew that comes with the noodles are lean and with a sweet taste. The wanton dumplings come in a small bowl of ikan bilis flavoured soup. The wanton has soft wanton skin wrapper juicy meat fillings inside with mild flavours of chinese rice wine seasoning. It is nice.
