Maggi Goreng

The maggi goreng uses maggi noodles wok fried with vegetables, carrot, onions, tiny bits of mutton and egg. It has a nice dry texture, is flavourful with a mild hint of sweet and a note of smokey wok hei. Comes with a sunny side up with watery yolk and soft whites. It is good!

Mee Hoon Goreng Ikan Bilis

The mee hoon goreng ikan bilis uses mee hoon wok fried with crispy ikan bilis, vegetables, carrot, onion, chopped green chilli and egg. The fried mee hoon has a nice dry texture with a mild note of pepper and smokey wok hei. This is good too.

Thosai

This thosai is thin and crispy. The egg thosai comes with a layer of egg inside, and a sprinkle of black pepper. Comes with a side of crunchy vegetables with a mild tint of spiciness. The masala thosai has a soft and flavourful curry potato filling. These are served with a curry sauce. The thosai is nice too.

Briyani

The briyani is available with a selection of meats. Above is with fried chicken. It comes served with a chilli boiled egg, a side of cucumber, papadam and a serving of curry sauce. The onion omelette is an extra add-on.

The fried chicken is meaty and has nice seasoning flavours. The side of cucumber and carrot has some salad sauce and is crunchy. The papadom is thin and crispy. The chilli boiled egg has a slight spiciness. The onion omelette has some chopped green chilli giving it a light tint of spiciness, and the curry is flavourful.

This is quite a hearty serving of briyani and quite enjoyable.
