Minced Meat & Fishball Noodles

Lau Jiang Fishball Minced Meat Noodle Laksa serves an assortment of fishball and minced meat noodles. Featured here is their minced meat mee pok with prawns, and a bowl of fishball soup.

The minced meat is soft and meaty with a nice savoury taste. The prawns are of decent size and taste fairly fresh. The fishballs are soft and smooth with a slight springiness, and they have nice fish flavourings. The soup has nice savoury flavours, and contains some minced meat bits and crispy pork lard. As for the mee pok, it is firm and springy with decent seasoning flavours.

This serving of minced meat fishball mee pok is quite nice.
