My Chicken Castle

sells Malaysian style fried chicken and the uncommonly found fried chicken skin. Tastes decent.

Fried Chicken

This is their 3pc fried chicken set which comes with 3 pieces of fried chicken, fries and coleslaw. The fried chicken has a crispy skin outside and moist meat inside with nice savoury flavours of aromatic seasoning spices. Likewise for the lightly salted fries, crispy outside and soft inside. The coleslaw is crunchy and juicy with a nice sweet flavour. This fried chicken tastes really decent.

Fried Chicken Skin

The fried chicken skin is something that is not commonly found in Singapore. This fried chicken skin has its layer of fats removed first before getting its batter coating and deep fried until it is crispy. As the layer of fats is removed from the chicken skin, this fried chicken skin has a dry texture, isn’t oily and is crispy. It has the same aromatic spice seasoning flavours as the fried chicken. It is something nice to snack on.
