Ngo Hiang

Old Airport Road Wu Xiang Xia Bing sells a nice assortment of ngo hiang and more. Seen here is their fried mee hoon set which comes with crispy prawn cracker, pork sausage, fish ball, ngo hiang and a couple of cucumber slices. This is served with a limey chilli sauce dip that is topped with grated peanuts on the side.

The fried mee hoon has nice savoury flavours and contains some bean sprouts. The prawn cracker has a nice crispy flour batter and tastes nice. The pork sausage is juicy with nice meaty flavours. The fishball is soft and springy with nice savour tastes. As for the ngo hiang, it has nice soft fillings with nice yam flavours in a outer crispy skin wrapper. Really nice! This is truly enjoyable. I like it.
