Ayam Penyet

Penyet King serves ayam penyet with a piece of fried chicken, fried tofu and plain white rice. These are accompanied by cabbage, cucumber and chilli on the side. A bowl of soup is provided with the meal.

The decently flavourful ayam penyet is soft and meaty with a crispy fried skin. The piece of chicken is topped with fried crispy flour bits adding an extra layer of crunchiness to it. The fried tofu is crispy outside and soft inside. The chilli is limey with a slightly sweet taste, while the soup has savoury flavours.

Quite likeable.

Ayam Saus BBQ

In addition to the ayam penyet, Penyet King also offers a bbq chicken option. This chicken is glazed with a sweet black sauce that has a mild tone of sweetness. The bbq chicken is moist and meaty with crispy edges and nice crispy skin. Tastes nice!
