Curry Rice

Yuguo Curry Rice sells curry rice with an assortment of dishes to choose from. Seen here is with pork chop, onion egg omelette and fried bean sprouts on a plate of curry rice.

This pork chop is a thin piece of pork that is deep fried crispy outside with savoury meaty flavours inside. Not the thinnest pork chop around, but still tastes nice. Both the onion egg omelette and fried bean sprouts are quite normal though. The fried bean sprouts is crunchy with some added shredded carrots and spring onions. As for the curry, it is spicy with light coconut milk flavours. This is quite a decent plate of curry rice.
