Fishball Noodles

Ru Ji Kitchen is a popular stall that does really good handmade fishballs and fishcakes with your regular choice of noodles. This fishball noodles comes with only fishballs and fishcake slices. Shown here is with mee pok.

Both the fishballs and fishcakes comes in a bowl of nicely favoured savoury soup. The fishball is soft and slightly springy, and the fishcake has a nice chewy skin. Both has a very nice handmade texture and tastes good.

The accompanying bowl of mee pok is tossed with vinegar, soya sauce, lard and sambal chilli. It is springy and tastes good especially with the crispy lard pieces.

This is definitely a really nice bowl of fishball noodles. Good!
