Song Heng Fish Ball Noodle

is a fairly popular stall that does fishball noodles with a heavier dose of vinegar.

Fishball Noodles

Song Heng Fish Ball Noodle does fishball noodles with the usual choices of noodles. Shown here is with mee pok.

The fishball noodles here comes with only fishballs, which are springy and with a nice savoury taste. The noodles are fairly springy with a dry texture and rather generous portions. Its seasoning is a mixture of soya sauce, vinegar and lard. This stall is a bit heavy with the vinegar, giving the noodles strong vinegar flavours with mild sourly notes. If you like vinegar, this is rather likeable.
