Char Siew & Siu Yuk.

The Legend Roasted Meat Rice & Noodle serves a small selection of siu mei roasted meats.

The char siew is soft, tender and meaty with a sweet hint. The siu yuk has very soft and tender meat with an extremely crispy layer of skin, and it is not overly salty. The siu yuk is really good! The slices of roasted meats are served on a plate of white rice with a lightly sweet braised sauce added. Some vegetables are also provided on the side.

This serving of char siew and siu yuk rice tastes good!
