Tian Tian Wang Hainanese Chicken Rice serves hainanese chicken rice with some bean sprouts included.

The hainanese chicken has soft and tender meat. Its skin is very smooth and soft, that it almost feels like it is melting in my mouth. The slices of chicken comes with bones attached and are served on a plate with a lightly sweet tasting soya sauce seasoning. Some crunchy bean sprouts are included.

A plate of rather fragrant rice that is firm and flavourful are served alongside the plate of chicken meat. Also provided are a bowl of nicely flavoured soup and a very garlicky tasting chilli sauce.

This serving of hainanese chicken rice is truly enjoyable. I like it.
