Hainanese Chicken, Char Siew, Siu Yuk

The hainanese chicken has soft tender meat and smooth skin, but not deboned. The char siew is lean, soft and meaty with a slightly sweet taste. The savory tasting siu yuk is soft and meaty with some fatty parts and crispy skin. Both the hainanese chicken and siu yuk are rather nice.

The serving of rice is firm and rather flavourful. The bowl of soup is flavourful with a light tint of herbal taste, and the chilli paste has savoury flavours.

Roast Chicken & Sausage

The roast chicken is moist and meaty with a decently flavourful skin and bones attached. The sausage is firm and has a nice sweet taste. Comes with a plate of firm and flavourful rice and a bowl of nicely flavoured soup. Instead of chilli paste, the usual limey and garlicky chicken rice chilli sauce is available too.

This serving of roast chicken and sausage rice is rather decent.
