Xing Ji Rou Cuo Mian serves only the soup version of minced pork noodles. It contains minced pork and pork balls served with mee kia in a flavourful soup, topped with chopped chilli, spring onions, crispy fried garlic and pork lard.

The minced pork is very soft and meaty, while the pork ball is firm, meaty and flavourful. The mee kia has a very nice firm and springy texture, and it tastes nice!
