Cai Png

Yi Xin Shu Shi does cai png with a decent selection of mains and sides to choose from. Seen here is their fried chicken drumstick, pork belly and onion omelette.

The fried drumstick has slightly savoury flavours. It is lightly coated with crispy airy skin and meaty flesh. Rather likeable. The pork belly is meaty with some fatty parts, and tastes decent. The onion omelette tastes decent as well.

These are served on a plate of plain white rice. An optional dried shrimp flavoured chilli paste can be added on the side. This cai png is a fairly decent.
