Burgers

Zipp Burger & Pasta does really good burgers that are tasty and juicy in a choice of beef, pork, chicken and fish. All of their grilled burgers have an extra nice touch of flaming the meat with a blowtorch. Big thumbs up!

Hamburger

Their signature hamburger uses a thick handmade patty with 150g of juicy beef and pork meat that is nicely grilled and flamed with a blowtorch. Very tasty and juicy patty, with lettuce and tomato added, and topped with a BBQ sauce. The cheese is optional, and is highly recommended that you add it in for the extra flavours. This is definitely a good hamburger in my book!

Pork Burger

The pork burger comes in two variations, grilled and crusty fried. Both use the same thick stab of handmade 150g pork patty. Just like the hamburger, the grilled pork burger is juicy and tasty, and served with a BBQ sauce. As for the crusty fried version, it has a nice crispy crust outside with nicely flavoured and juicy pork meat insides. Instead of BBQ sauce, a Japanese style tonkatsu sauce is used. Probably tastes even better with a slice of cheese added. Absolutely lovely!

Chicken Burger

Just like the pork burger, the chicken burger is also available in both grilled and fried versions. It uses a large piece of nicely marinated chicken thigh meat. The chicken meat is tender and moist with a slightly sweet taste. Comes with lettuce, tomato and a dash of mayonnaise. Likewise the fried version is nicely flavoured, tender and moist. However it is not exactly crispy. It uses a sriracha mayonnaise giving a slightly spicy taste. Personally I like the grilled chicken better. A point to note, there is no chicken skin for both versions, which is a major letdown for me. Don’t get me wrong, the chicken burger is nice but something just isn’t right to me without a fat crispy piece of chicken skin.

Fish Burger

The fish burger uses a piece of white fish fillet that has a nice crispy crust outside and juicy inside. You can choose between Garlic aioli, cheese & mayonnaise and curry aioli sauce. Shown here is with curry aioli sauce which taste pretty good with a hint of sweetness.

Sides

Fries

There are three types of fries available here: regular, truffle and cheese. The fries are fairy crispy which is really nice. Personally I like the truffle fries which comes mixed with truffle oil and topped with some grated cheese. The cheese fries are not bad too, which lots of cheese sauce and mayonnaise added.

Wedges

If you consider fries too thin and puny, there is always wedges. The wedges here are crispy outside and soft inside.

Crisscut Fries

Crisscut fries are your usual regular stuff as well, but these are deep fried until crispy out and soft inside. Very nice!
