Man Yuan Gourmet sells an assortment of fishball noodles. Seen here is their fishball noodles with mee pok noodles and extra pork balls added.

This mee pok has a firm and springy texture, and is tossed with vinegar and chilli seasoning. Comes with crispy lard bits too. The fishball is smooth and soft, yet fairly firm and springy. The pork pork is firm and springy with nice savoury flavours. These comes served in a bowl of light savoury tasting soup with some crispy lard pieces added. Rather nice.

Laksa

Man Yuan Gourmet: Laksa

Man Yuan Gourmet also sells laksa with usual choice of noodles. Thick mee hoon is chosen here. This laksa comes with see hum, tau pok and some bean sprouts. The pork balls are an extra add-on.

The laksa gravy is nicely flavoured. It is mildly spicy with hints of coconut milk. Contains bits of dried shrimps. The optional chilli paste has a nice dried shrimp taste too. This laksa is likeable.
