Yi Shi Jia Wanton Mee

is a fairly popular stall selling black sauce type of wanton mee. Tastes decent.

Wanton Mee

Yi Shi Jia Wanton Mee serves wanton mee with a black sauce seasoning. It comes with slices of char siew and some vegetables, served with a bowl of soup containing wanton on the side.

The lean char siew is meaty with savoury flavours. The wanton has soft skin and nice savoury flavoured minced meat filling, served in a bowl of ikan bilis flavoured soup. The noodles is fairly springy with mild alkaline tastes that is covered with nice flavours of black sauce and chilli seasoning. This wanton mee tastes decent.
