Meatball Porridge

Botak Cantonese Porridge specialises in serving a variety of porridge with different added ingredients. The meatball porridge, as shown above, features handmade meatballs with an added raw egg.

The porridge is quite smooth with well-balanced flavours that is not overly salty. The added raw egg adds an extra touch of smoothness to the porridge. The handmade meatballs are soft and meaty, with nice seasoning flavours. Some very crispy you tiao pieces are added on to the porridge and they pair really well. When served, a garnish of chopped spring onions is added as toppings.

This bowl of meatball porridge tastes nice.
