Xiao Long Bao

This xiao long bao is definitely of a good restaurant grade. Juicy meat fillings with a nicely flavoured broth, wrapped inside a thin chewy skin. Put the whole piece of dumpling in your mouth and let the soup and wonderful flavours explode. Be careful, it can be hot.

Guo Tie Dumplings

This guo tie pan-fried dumplings is amazingly good. Nicely flavoured juicy meat fillings wrapped inside a thin outer skin. Its bottom is pan-fried until it is a crispy golden brown, yet the other parts remains steamy white and chewy. Highly recommend that you eat it on the spot while the crispiness is still there.

Pork & Leek Dumplings

It has a soft and chewy outer skin wrapping up a nicely flavoured filling of pork and leek. In my opinion, the pan-fried guo tie dumplings is better than this steamed sibling.

Szechuan Spicy Wanton

This is a spicy dish. The wanton has a nice soft wrapper with nicely flavoured meat fillings inside. These are boiled and served on a plate, and drenched with a soya sauce and vinegar based seasoning sauce. Scoops of fried chilli are added on it, and topped with chopped spring onions. It is nice.

Dandan Noodles

This dandan noodles uses noodles which are handmade and springy. It has a spicy and mild sourly meat sauce added. Contains bits of minced pork meat. I like the noodles.
