Fishball & Meatball Noodle

Chao Yuan Noodle serves a variety of fishball and meatball noodles. As shown above is their fishball and meatball mee pok. It comes with their handmade fishballs, handmade meatballs and minced meat served in a bowl of soup. A bowl of tossed mee pok is served separately.

The fishball is smooth and soft with a nice fish meat flavours. The meatball is firm and springy with nice meaty and savoury tastes. Both are handmade and both are good. The minced meat is soft and meaty. These are served in a bowl of nice savoury flavoured soup. The mee pok is separately in a bowl. It is rather somoth and springy and uses a vinegar based seasoning sauce. Tastes rather nice.

This serving of fishball and meatball mee pok is nice, and my good rating goes to their handmade fishballs and meatballs. Thumbs up!
