Soya Sauce Chicken

De Ji Hong Kong Soy Sauce Chicken serves soya sauce chicken with choice of noodles or rice. Above is their soya sauce chicken noodles. It comes served with a bowl of lightly flavoured soup.

The soya sauce chicken has moist chicken meat that is tender and smooth. Its skin is soft, smooth and flavourful. Do note that the chicken meat is not deboned though. As for the tossed noodles is, it nicely flavoured and it has a firm and springy texture. Some vegetables are included on the side.

This serving of soya sauce chicken noodles is quite likeable.

Char Siew & Siu Yuk

On top of soya sauce chicken, char siew and siu yuk is available as well with choice of noodles or rice. Above is their char siew and siu yuk rice.

The char siew is the lean type, and is soft and meaty with a sweet taste. The siu yuk is soft and meaty as well with some fatty parts and slightly crispy skin. These are served on a plate of white rice that is a bit soft. A mildly sweet tasting braised sauce is added to it. It is decent.
