Fu Man Ji Hainanese Chicken Rice

does hainanese chicken, roast chicken and chicken cutlet with rice. Rather decent.

Hainanese Chicken & Roast Chicken

At Fu Man Ji Hainanese Chicken Rice, both their hainanese chicken and roast chicken has meaty and moist meats. The hainanese chicken has fairly smooth skin, and the roast chicken has a savoury tasting skin. The slices of chicken meat are served on a plate with soya sauce seasoning added and a few slices of cucumber. Both are not completely deboned bu are quite decent.

The rice is fragrant and flavourful with a nice firm texture. The soup provided is a savoury tasting vegetables soup, and the chilli sauce is garlicky and spicy with a faint note of limey.

Chicken Cutlet

The chicken cutlet has a nice light batter that is crispy. Its meat is moist and meaty, and has decent flavours. The chicken cutlet is served with on a plate of fragrant and flavourful rice. Decent.
