Hainanese Chicken & Roast Chicken

The slices of boneless hainanese chicken are moist and meaty. It is unclear if the skin is nice as there is no skin attached. Likewise, the roast chicken slices are boneless, moist and flavourful. Its skin is soft and decently flavoured too.

The slices of chicken meat are served on a plate of rice that is fairly firm and flavourful. A bowl of savoury flavoured soup and a garlicky flavoured chilli sauce are provided on the side.

This serving of hainanese chicken and roast chicken rice tastes rather ordinary.

Chicken Cutlet

Chicken cutlet is also available as an option. The chicken cutlet has a crispy crust, and its meat is firm and quite dry. It tastes rather salty too. The chicken cutlet is topped with a sweet and limey tasting lemon sauce, and some sesame seeds. Unfortunately this chicken cutlet is too salty and too dry for my liking.
