Mee Soto

The mee soto chicken classic version, as shown above, features shredded chicken meat, chicken meatballs and half a boiled egg. It is served in a bowl of yellow noodles and soup.

The shredded chicken is soft and meaty, while the chicken meatballs are soft with nice meaty flavours. The yellow noodles is springy and the soup is quite flavourful. The dish comes with some bean sprouts, chopped spring onions, fried shallots and half a boiled egg. Not bad.

Mee Rebus

Shown above is the mee rebus daging, which comes with pieces of beef brisket and tendon, as well as small pieces of tau pok and half a boiled egg. These ingredients are served in a bowl with yellow noodles and a tasty sauce.

The beef brisket is chewy and meaty, while the beef tendon is soft and tender. The yellow noodles is springy and the sauce is very flavourful, with a slightly sweet taste and a hint of dried shrimps. It is delicious! The dish includes some bean sprouts, chopped spring onions, crispy fried shallots, hallf a boiled egg and a piece of green lime.

This mee rebus is nice! Personally I like it prefer it over their mee soto. Thumbs up!
