Char Siew, Siu Yuk, Roast Duck.

The char siew is tender and meaty with soft fatty parts with sweet crispy caramelised edges. The light savoury flavoured siu yuk is tender and meaty with a soft layer of fats and a crispy skin. The pleasantly flavoured roast duck is moist and meaty with juicy and flavourful skin. All three roast meat options taste good!

The meats are served on a plate of firm and fluffy white rice with a sweet braised sauce drenched over. A bowl of nice savoury flavoured vegetables soup and an optional dried shrimp flavoured chilli paste are provided on the side.

This serving of char siew, siu yuk and roast duck rice is truly enjoyable.

Hainanese Chicken & Roast Chicken.

The hainanese chicken is smooth and tender, with a soft and smooth skin attached. The roast chicken is moist and meaty with a fairly flavourful skin. Between the two chicken options, the hainanese chicken is undisputedly the better one.

The boneless slices of chicken meat are served on a plate of firm and fluffy rice that is rather flavourful, and is topped with fried garlic bits. A bowl of nice savoury flavoured vegetables soup is served on the side, along with an optional limey and garlicky chilli dipping sauce.

This plate of hainanese chicken and roast chicken rice is a nice option too.

Wanton Mee.

The wanton mee features slices of char siew served atop a plate of tossed noodles served with a small bowl of wanton soup on the side.

The char siew is tender and meaty with sweet crispy caramelised edges. The wanton has a soft skin wrapping up a soft, meaty and flavourful filling, and its soup has a pleasant savoury taste. The noodles is firm and springy, and it is tossed in a sweet tasting seasoning sauce, and served with a small side of vegetables.

This serving of wanton mee tastes nice too.
