Cheng Tng

Just as its name states, this stall sells cheng tng in either hot or cold versions. Shown here is the cold version with ice shavings added.

This bowl of cheng tng contains lychee, ginkgo nuts and tapioca balls. The ginkgo nuts are quite soft and the soup is sweet with some lychee syrup flavours. This is quite refreshing on a warm day.
