Hainanese Chicken & Roast Chicken

The hainanese chicken is moist, meaty and attached with a rather smooth skin. The roast chicken, too, is moist and meaty and its skin is rather flavourful. The boneless chicken meat are on a plate of rice that is firm and flavourful. A bowl of decently flavoured savoury tasting soup accompanies the dish along with a garlicky and limey tasting chilli sauce on the side.

This serving of chicken rice tastes quite decent.

Chicken Cutlet with Curry

Chicken cutlet is available as well. Above is their option served with curry sauce. The chicken cutlet is soft and meaty with a crispy breaded crust, and its skin is crispy and flavourful. The flavourful tasting curry sauce has a note of spiciness and pairs quite well with the chicken cutlet. These are served with a firm and flavourful rice, and a bowl of soup. Quite likeable too.
