Weng Huat Carrot Cake

is a fairly popular stall selling fried carrot cake in the usual black and white options. Quite likeable.

Fried Carrot Cake

Weng Huat Carrot Cake uses soft longish radish cubes that are pan fried with eggs. Some chye poh is added giving it a slightly savoury taste.

Both the white and black versions are decently crispy, and the crispy parts tastes nice. The black version is essentially the white ones with sweet black sauce added, giving it a slight hue of sweet.

Both versions of fried carrot cake tastes nice in their own ways. Quite likeable.
