Fried Noodles & Kway Teow

Yip Economical Bee Hoon sells the usual fried mee hoon, noodles and kway teow. Shown here is a mixture of their fried noodles and kway teow. The fried kway teow has very mild smokiness hints of wok hei, and the fried noodles tastes decent without any alkaline flavours. Comes with some bean sprouts.

Chee Cheong Fun

This chee cheong fun is just normal factory supplied stuff. Tastes quite standard with soya sauce, oil, sweet sauce and chilli sauce added. It is a bit hard and dry though. This is just ordinary.
