Fishball Noodles

Liang Chuan Fishball Minced Meat Noodle does fishball noodles with usual choice of noodles. Above is with mee pok chosen.

This mee pok has a soya sauce seasoning base. It comes with fishball, meatball, fish cake slices, fish dumpling and minced meat.

The fishball is soft and springy. Likewise, the meatball is quite soft and tender. The soup has decent flavours. However the noodles is a disappointment. It is kind of bland and has an alkaline taste. Overall, this mee pok is barely average.
