Minced Meat Noodles

Chun Seng Noodle House does minced meat noodles and fishball noodles with the usual choice of noodles. Shown here is their minced meat mee pok noodles. Unfortunately they ran out for minced pork, hence it is missing. It comes served with fishballs, dumplings, pork belly slices and mushrooms with some vegetables.

The mee pok is fairly springy and contains some lard pieces. The fishball is quite soft and lightly springy. The dumplings has a soft skin wrapping a pork filling that contains water chestnut bits. As for the pork belly, it is half fatty with nice braised flavours. Comes with a small bowl of lightly flavoured soup on the side. This mee pok is quite likeable.
