Prawn Mee

Da Feng Penang Hokkien Prawn Noodle serves prawn mee with usual choice of noodles in soup or dry. Above is their soup version of prawn mee with yellow noodles chosen. This bowl of prawn mee comes with the usual prawns, pork slices and fish cake slices.

The prawns are smallish in size but tastes decent. The pork is meaty with some soft fatty parts, and the fish cake is springy. The yellow noodles comes with some bean sprouts and vegetables, and the soup is rather flavourful. It comes topped with some fried shallots and crispy pork lard.

This bowl of prawn noodles is nice. I quite like it.
