Curry Chicken Noodles

Ah Heng Curry Chicken Bee Hoon Mee serves pretty good curry chicken noodles. You have a choice of yellow noodles, rice noodles or rice vermicelli. Above is seen with yellow noodles chosen.

The curry noodles comes with curry potato, dried beancurd, fish paste blocks and slices of Hainanese chicken. The curry gravy is well balanced in its taste, not too spicy and not too salty. Only downside is, its chicken meat is on the dry side. It would have been nicer if the chicken meat slices are juicy and tender. However, it is still a very nice bowl of curry chicken noodles.
