Auntie Jessie Rojak serves rojak featuring slices of cucumber, pineapple, pear and green mango, tossed in a rojak sauce together with pieces of you tiao and tau pok, as well as some bean sprouts. A squeeze of fresh green lime and a topping of finely grated peanuts completes the dish.

Both the you tiao and tau pok are crispy and satisfying. The cucumber and pear slices are crunchy and juicy. The pineapple is juicy and sweet, and the green mango adds a tone of tartiness. The rojak sauce has a nice sweet taste.
