Satay

Boon Lay Satay serves up satay in chicken, pork and mutton meats. A thick, nutty, mildly spicy and sweet tasting satay sauce is served with it.

The chicken satay is soft and tender. The pork satay is firm and meaty, and sandwiched with a couple of fatty bits that are grilled to a nice crisp. The mutton satay is firm and meaty as well, and does not tastes gamey.

The satay are rather generous in size. They nicely seasoned with an underlying tones of sweetness. They are nicely grilled with a mild note of smokiness. As for the ketupat, its fairly soft compacted rice is firm and slightly sticky.

This serving of satay is definitely likeable.

BBQ Chicken Wings

Boon Lay Satay does BBQ chicken wings too. The chicken wing has soft and juicy meat with a mildly crispy skin and nice seasoning flavours. A piece of green lime is provided and the dash of lime juice actually pairs really well with the chicken wing flavourings. A limey and garlicky chilli dip is also provided on the side.

This BBQ chicken wings is nice!
