Fried Carrot Cake

Seen here is their yuan yang fried carrot cake which comes with both white and black versions. This fried carrot cake uses small radish cubes, pan fried with eggs with chye poh added. The white version is pan fried flat with a crispy egg coating. The black version has sweet black sauce added, giving it a mildly sweet taste. These are topped with chopped spring onions, and served with a mildly sweet tasting dried shrimp flavoured chilli paste. Both versions of the fried carrot cake are slightly crispy and has nice flavours of chye poh. Both are likeable.

Fried Oyster Omelette

** This is no longer available **

This fried oyster omelette is not the crispy type. It is the moist type with nice savoury flavourings. The egg and starch mixture is pan fried with a moist texture and nice savoury flavours, with chewy starchy parts. Decently sized oysters are then added. This is topped with chopped spring onions and served with a limey chilli dip on the side. This fried oyster omelette is quite decent.
