Fried Hokkien Mee.

Fat Fat Fried Hokkien Mee dishes out wet style fried hokkien mee soaking in a broth. A mixture of yellow noodles, thick mee hoon and bean sprouts are wok-fried with eggs and simmered in a flavourful broth.

The fried hokkien mee comes with fairly large prawns that are decently fresh. The pork belly slices are firm and meaty with a soft layer of fats, and the sotong is soft. A serving of limey and spicy chilli paste, some crispy pork lard and a piece of green lime are provided in the side.

This serving of fried hokkien mee is springy and flavourful with very subtle hint of wok hei. It tastes nice!
