Fried Hokkien Mee.

Ho Ji Fried Hokkien Prawn Noodles serves the wetter type of fried hokkien mee with prawns and pork belly. A mixture of yellow noodles and mee hoon is wok fried with eggs and some bean sprouts. A broth is then added and simmered.

The noodles and firm and springy, the prawns are of decent size and is quite springy. The pork belly is soft and meaty. Comes served with an optional chilli sauce that is limey and very spicy. It is way to spicy for my tastebuds though, and personally I find the fried hokkien mee tasty on its own. This fried hokkien mee is nice. I like it.
