Hainanese Chicken Rice

Pin Sheng Chicken Rice does hainanese chicken rice with its chicken meats and rice served on separate plates.

The chicken meat is smooth the tender and its skin is soft and smooth. It is served on a plate with a slightly sweet tasting soya sauce seasoning added, and a few slices of cucumber. The rice is fairly firm, fragrant and flavourful. A bowl of nicely flavoured vegetables soup is served on the side, as well as a saucer of garlicky and slightly limey tasting chilli sauce.

This serving of hainanese chicken rice is rather nice and likeable.
